These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FTH3 website at fthree.co, the FTH3OS platform, and related services ("Services"), operated by Scorvus LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals at least 18 years old acting on behalf of a business.
Description of Services
FTH3 offers the Post-Acquisition Readiness Assessment (PARA), FTH3Con, the LAIS, the Zero-Touch Graph Migration, Monthly Advisory, the FTH3OS License, and the FTH3OS RiskIQ API. FTH3 PFAM membership is sold through joinfthree.com under that site's terms. Engagements are subject to annual capacity limits and qualification review; the Zero-Touch Graph Migration is application only. Submitting an application or completing an assessment does not guarantee acceptance into any engagement.
Engagement Agreements
Paid engagements other than the PARA are governed by a separate written agreement signed at enrollment, which sets out scope, term, fees, and deliverables. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Payment Terms
Fees are stated on our pricing page as starting rates for the current enrollment period and are confirmed in your engagement agreement. One-time fees are billed as described at purchase. Your rate locks at the price in effect when you join; we may change rates for new members.
RiskIQ API License
Access to the FTH3OS RiskIQ API is licensed for your internal evaluation and risk-management use. You may not resell, redistribute, or attempt to re-identify any data returned by the API.
No Guarantee of Results
Scaling, enterprise-value and ROI figures on this site, including the 150% scaling target and the 8.1x modeled return, are targets based on internal models, not guarantees. Actual results depend on implementation, your business, and market conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site and all materials and software provided through our Services, including FTH3OS, the FFF framework, diligence checklists, and schema templates, are owned by Scorvus LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission, except as permitted in your engagement agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, interfere with the operation of our Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other clients' data.
Disclaimers
Our content, assessments, and advisory are provided for business informational purposes and are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorvus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our Services for violation of these Terms or your engagement agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
