How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to score assessments and recommend an engagement, respond to inquiries and applications, deliver the engagement you enroll in, improve our services, understand site usage, and comply with legal obligations.

Client Data Segregation

Each client's operational data is segregated from every other client's data and is used to deliver that client's engagement, as governed by the client's engagement agreement.

Aggregated, Anonymized Platform Data

We use aggregated, anonymized data derived from the operation of FTH3OS, such as schema degradation patterns, to build and improve our risk models, including the FTH3OS RiskIQ API. RiskIQ queries only this anonymized projection, does not include personal information, and does not disclose any individual client's records.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate our business (form and database hosting, CRM, payment processing, email and hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations; with law enforcement or regulators if required by law; or with a successor entity in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, reach us through our contact form.
